A Growing Place
Bethany Preschool is a "Growing Place," where children can grow into the learning process through a well-balanced program that strives to reach the whole child.

• Intellectually – We encourage enthusiasm for learning, exploring through first hand experiences.
• Physically – We encourage experiences which will develop large and small muscle coordination and motor skills.
• Socially – We encourage participation in group activities, getting along with others, and developing a feeling of security, belonging and self-esteem.
• Spiritually – We facilitate a daily time of devotion. Bible stories and songs are included in daily activities, giving children an awareness and knowledge of God's love for them and others.

The director and each teacher plan classroom curriculum in advance and gear activities to the appropriate stage of a child's development.

Activities include: letter and number recognition, writing and phonics along with creative art, science, literature and language arts, music and creative movement, dramatic play, computers and Bible stories. All children are given the opportunity to explore, experiment, discover and learn about the God's wondrous world around them.

Bethany Preschool offers part-day and full-day programs, a 2-3 day program, and a five day program. Classes are formed by age and development levels, determined by ages and teacher assessment. Nutrition is an important part of a preschool program. Two healthy snacks are offered daily, giving students a chance to sample new foods as well as be nourished. All students bring a sack lunch for the lunch time, which allows students to continue to socialize and learn manners.

Children who are 2 years and 10 months and fully potty trained are eligible for our program.
